Great work and great customer service

I recently had an electrical issue in my kitchen and I called Service King for assistance. As a disabled senior, fire is my greatest fear, and I worried that I wouldn't be able to get out in time if this resulted in a fire. I called Kenny and he came right away to assess the situation. He found the problem and corrected it immediately. He then checked the rest of the house to make sure there were no other electrical issues. He made recommendations for a few upgrades for safety, and I made note of these. I have asked Kenny to make these corrections, and he assured me he would do that soon. I appreciate his knowledge, expertise and professionalism and would recommend him without reservation.

Kenny came out for a safety check, and I’m honestly beyond impressed with the level of detail and care he brought to the job. We had multiple outlets in the home that weren’t working, and during his inspection he discovered a serious issue—one of the outlets in the garage had been overheating and was essentially burning silently. We had no idea, and it could have easily turned into something much worse. He walked us through everything clearly, showed us exactly what was going on, and explained why it needed to be addressed immediately.
