Disappointed. Set up an appointment to proceed with several jobs, however, despite having a 7-month child in my hand the contractor who was not vaccinated and refused to wear a mask on entering my house and walked off rather disrespectfully. His boss explained why they did not wear masks or get vaccinated, which the only reason I did not give a worse review. As a physician, it was a bit insulting. I have had work done in my house throughout the pandemic and not one person refused to wear a mask who entered my house. Bad customer service.

Apologies you felt the need to say all this ... I cannot force people to wear a harmful device to appease you, I am truly sorry. While I could have threatened the worker with losing his job I don't think that is right when I do not believe in the mask nonsense myself. (the air inside a mask is toxic I have tested it with an OCEA air tester myself (your science is not fact-based I don't care where you went to school another doctor will disagree with you.. sorry) anyhow I didn't know he had an issue wearing a mask until that day... I personally would wear one to keep you happy as would most of my employees. BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY I WILL NOT FORCE.

Ryan came to my rescue. After being stood up by other handyman, I was under serious pressure and time constraints to get my house ready to put on the market. Ryan and his crew worked late to get my to do list accomplished so that we were ready to go on time. Everything looked fabulous! I really appreciate what he did for me and want others to know.
