"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"Plumbing issues are never good. Especially ones that require extensive troubleshooting just to understand what repairs are needed. My 1940’s house provided some real complexities identifying my sewer line issue. After receiving multiple rough estimates and quotes from other companies, Mr. Rooter sent Matthew Smith. He spent a good amount of time digging in to the possible causes and solutions, keeping me aware of what my options would be along the way. It took a video inspection to narrow it down. Once diagnosed, Matthew provided a recommendation, advised me of what it would take to fix, and the cost of the repair. The price was fair based on the other estimates I received, and the work was exceptional. Did what they said they were going to do and more. I can’t recommend this company, and especially Matthew, more. I had an unavoidable negative and expensive repair, but the experience with them exceeded all expectations."

Jim was kind enough to comeback and help replace with a better quality Water Heater and provided warranty as well. "Let me preface this by saying that I rarely write a review, good or bad. However, the service provided by John was outstanding. I had been shopping around for a repair for a tankless water heater. I had a number of techs out to my home, from other largely known plumbing companies, who stated the repair would cost $3,000+. Not only that, one of them told my wife my tankless water heater should last for years. However we should just consider replacing it for $4,300+. Not sure why that makes sense. All of this was until John came over and said he could repair it for around $1,000. Not only was this a much better deal, he was actually able to repair it for less than that. He was honest and fair. If you are tired of the bullshit associated with commission based sales, where these techs attempt to up sell to a maximum pay day, I would call John. If he tells you that you need something, I would take that as fact. He will not try to oversell the situation. He will get you what you need, and that is all you will have to worry about."
