I was a very lucky customer receiving a message from Mark with Russel Interior Systems. As a new business owner finding reliable contractors for repair work is very difficult to find. No job is to small for Mark!! as other contractors I spoke to were not very helpful for our small repair project. Mark is responsive and arrived on time on the day scheduled! Thank you Mark for assisting with our Tbar ceiling repairs. See you again soon as I will be grateful to work with Mark again!.

He had a great deal of experience with acoustic tile and did something that was almost impossible. He was able to utilize our existing tile and he did a perfect job too and we did not think this could be done. We were very impressed.

My hot water heater failed early in the morning of 1/27/2018. There was extensive water damage in the walls of the niche where the water heater was mounted. After I got the damage cleaned up and dried out by another contractor, Ben Russell provided a very reasonable price to replace all the damaged drywall and insulation, then mud, tape and paint everything before the new water heater got moved into place. Ben takes a great deal of pride in his work. He asked a lot of questions before getting started and solicited my approval throughout the repair process. He was also able to match the previous paint exactly and the final results are extremely professional. Ben managed this work like it had the visibility of a kitchen area and he did it for a very reasonable cost. I'm very pleased with the services that Ben Russell provided and I highly recommend him.

Ben and George were easy to work with and the work was done in a very professional manner. Ben coordinated the work with the electrician. They did a excellent job of cleanup. Ben made suggestions that enhanced the project.

Outstanding job on repairing hole in drywall after water pipe leak in wall between master bed room and closet in master bed room. Very neat and the job was done in a few hours. Very professional. Well worth the $.
