Albert was able to respond quickly, though he was some hours late on the day he did the work. The service is expensive, and they charged an extra $225 for coming on Memorial Day.

albert did not follow best practices. he installed a gas valve and connected gas stove and did not check for leaks afterwards. he was paid the full going rate for this type of work and am still not sure if he is licensed as his name is not in the new york city database for licensed plumber. Beware he wants to be paid even when unsuccessful in uncloggina drain and does not èxplain his rate or provide a contract. I went off the recommendations here which are obviously unscreened. waste of money. no peace of mind. In addition he spews profanity and threatens to call the cops if you disagree with him.

Wow!!!! After 24 brilliant 5 star comments, you are the first one negative. First of all, I did all what we established and I did a lot more, which I never get paid, I spent more than 5 hours plus all my material to your house and was not a problem until you want to give me just $200 which does not cover the material it self. YOU told me that another plumber suppose to get the job done and he never came back, and I believe him because you didn't pay him. I'm very nice and kind with my costumer and anyone my reviews talk by it self. I never have threat no one in my life, I simply told you QUOTE "you are the worst costumer that I ever deal with" And is not a threat. I've deal with 1000 homeowners and never meet someone disrespectful like you that don't want to pay the people that work so hard like me or the other plumber. And I will never and never come and work for you anymore.

Albert came as promised. Assessed the situation and gave informative information. Turned out nothing could be done and did not want to charge me, which surprised me! He was cordial, respectful and most of all honest..I highly recommend and will use again without hesitation. Thank You Albert!
