"This was a big job. There was sewage water in my basement from a damaged sewer main. Gent (Elite Plumbing) and his team took care of everything they said they would take care of and they also fixed a leak from the ceiling that I didnot know about. Everyone I encountered during the job were helpful and professional. He came on a Saturday and gave me a totally reasonable quote on decommissioning an old gas boiler, connecting a drain pipe, removing the associated piping in the basement and all the radiators throughout the house due to a Heat Pump conversion. He came back with his team the next day on time and they immediately went to work. They were efficient and did their best to keep the mess to a minimum.
