Yuri was very responsive to our request for a bid on a new roof. He arrived when he said he would and we were impressed by his knowledge and friendliness. His bid was considerably lower than that of the second company we contacted. Just a few days after we signed the contract, Royal's team was onsite. They were professional and personable throughout the project, arriving early and staying late when indicated. Truthfully, I was fascinated by the processes they followed and beyond impressed with the work they did. Yuri was there to observe their progress and answer our questions every day. When I walked outside today to see the finished product, I had a hard time believing this was the same house that had a raggedy roof on Monday before the team arrived. They did beautiful work, cleaned up after themselves each day, and were so pleasant to have around! I feel as though I've made new friends. That's how comfortable I was with this team.
