Royal Pro Construction did an excellent job for us. We had to have our chimney replaced, and Eric met with us promptly after receiving our call. He thoroughly examined the chimney and gave us a very good price. His crew came five days later and took only two days to complete the work. They arrived on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up completely each day. I would highly recommend this company for any chimney work as we are very pleased with the results. Work started to replace the roof which meant removing the cedar shakes. This makes a mess but they were great about protecting the interior and cleaning up. In the course of the roof repair Eric identified the water leak as cracks in the chimney. The entire 98 year old chimney and fireplace were replaced, excellent workmanship. Next on that was replacing the crumbing steps to the side entrance and changing the layout so that you could walk to the back or front of the house. Then a siding job with Hardie Plank cement siding was decided upon. One day into the job Eric discussed the need to change the work to include stripping all the old siding, putting down new plywood, then the siding. Now into winter weather I can say that the previous drafts inside the house during windy weather are no longer present. The house is much more comfortable. The siding work was excellent, the house looks like new. Finally it was recommended to have stone placed below the siding instead of the painted cement wall. That and redoing the patio and walkway with bluestone were done. Masonry work is outstanding. In summary I would definitely recommend this company. Eric has good ideas, is quick to recognize if changes are needed. You can expect quality workmanship done in a timely manner. If you have questions Eric will get back to you quickly. I would like to add that they are very good about clean-up when the job is done.

work completed on same day and done professionaly. It did cost more then the original quote, but wood had to be repaired due to the age of the house
