Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."
