They did an excellent job neat professional unfortunately I could not give them more than 5 stars if I could have I would have given them 7 stars. I needed to reschedule for several reasons and they were able to accommodate my needs. Would hire them for additional work at my home.

Roofer with a HEART! I had a few estimates and ultimately ended up hiring Eric. Eric has a great personality and just comes across so humble and caring. That was my first impression, now that the work is done, that impression underestimates the true compassion this man had for me and my roof issue. Once the roof was taken up, the real problem was evident and the entire roof, plywood etc.. had to be replaced. My heart sank to know the additional costs to make my family safe so the roof didn't cave in. Erick was so caring, compassionate and empathized with me and my emotions. So, yes, they did an amazing job on my roof and it was worth every penny, but for me, the customer service that Erick and his team displayed was priceless. I am lucky I got a great roof and experienced the value that should be given to customers. Thank you, Erick and Team, I will definitely bring you back for the other half and recommend you to everyone who will listen.

Eric replaced a portion of our shingle roof that was leaking. His crew came out at the promised time, replaced the plywood and shingles in a timely manner. I will certainly hire Royal Pro again should I have the need.
