they brought their dogs with them and were going to. ahin the. to my fence while they worked- outrageous and cruel!

I have worked on this ladies pool 6 years ago. Today 4/5/19 she decides to put a bad review on us. We were scheduled to repair a plumbing leak in her pool. My guys take their dogs. The never chained their dogs up!!! Do they have a 20? line with a leash that they go on if needed. This lady went off on them, stated that you can not ever have a dog on a leash, that it is inhuman. This lady has over 15 dogs living in her very tiny home, that you can not even see the real flooring in because it has not been vacuumed or swept for years. We decided to leave this job and asked her to find another company to do her work! Sad that she had to go back to 2013.

Patrick and Pamela were a joy to work with and we would recommend them 1000 time over. Very professional, honest and from the moment I meet them, my decision was "they are going to replace my pool liner" We are a 150% satisfied with all of our dealing with Royal Pool Service.

The liner was measured and installed admirably. The only problem , I still had a leak . They worked deligently to find leak to no avail. I was refered to a pool leak specialist at an additional cost of $350.00 that promptly found the problem at the conduit leading fron the light.He told me this should have been sealed properly at installation.I am sure Royal Pools have been informed of this situation and will be addressed in future installments! By the way, the leak specialist are from Shelby and have top notch equipment! Richy Floyd 704-473-3340 These guys are Great!

Royal Pool Service is a husband and wife team. I hired them to replace the vinyl liner in my pool and replace some pipes around my filter setup. They provided outstanding service. They are very knowledgeable and were very responsive to my extensive inquiries. Finished the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.
