Reviews
Write a ReviewFirst class service all the way around. They did an awesome job replacing the original liner from my 10yr old pool. My pool has never looked better, I've gotten tons of complements from friends and family. The was one minor hiccup with a scheduled follow up, but I called Pam and she took care of it IMMEDIATELY! This is how service is supposed to be. We are very careful when recommending contractors to friends but I would have no problem recommending Royal Pool Service. I only wish they were closer to Wesley Chapel so I could hire them to do my pool service as well!
Great business. Very good communication and work is excellent!
They got the job done. Did not communicate when delays in the work occurred. Project took about an hour total to accomplish which I felt was a lot less time than anyone expected. The materials used to do the repair could not have cost more than $75. I also thought a water truck would be brought in to refill my pool but that want the case. So I do not see how they can justify an almost $1000 fee. I know this was the estimate that was given but that was before you truly knew what the project entailed and you should have adjusted your fee accordingly.
Overall very happy with their work. Would recommend. My only contention is that they could've done a better job keeping me updated with unexpected schedule changes. For instance, after I paid the initial deposit for the work to start I didn't hear anything for two days. Finally I got in touch with them via text and they updated me on why there was a delay and the new start date. Same thing happened after the work started when the repair guy started work on time, then needed to "come back tomorrow to finish". Didn't;t hear from him the next day, texted the company to find out if/when he was coming, then was updated on schedule changes. It was only a day or two delay, but I felt like I shouldn't have to chase them down to figure out what is going on. A simple e-mail, text, phone call or whatever would have been more professional and helpful. Other than that, the work was done well and the pool is fixed for about 30% less than the other quotes that I got for the same work.
got the early installation I asked for good feedback about my concerns expensive considering the actual time and labor spent on my project overall happy at this point
Nothing
Customer had motor repaired on their own and wanted us to come and install it to the pump. She was supposed to leave the parts by equipment. We came and the orings were not left. We called her and we returned to install it. Then we found that the part they repaired on their own was not done correctly. We fixed that at no charge. We charge for 1 trip and 1 hr at $125 plus tax. We drove there 3 times and spent 2.5 hrs there and did not charge her.
Prompt and courteous. We will use them again!
Very prompt and thorough
