This company has been a lifesaver for me.I do not know anything about my pool or how to take care of it.They not only swooped in and corrected all my chemicals but they come every week religiously,answer all my questions ,calls,,texts, and emails.They are friendly and fun!Thanku Royal Pools for saving my pool and supporting me!!!

After a professional cancellation. Pam, the owner of the company inflated my bill by approximately $350.00. When I challenged the bill, she texted me that she would be at my home in 90 minutes to get her money. I returned the text by responding that she was not invited or welcome to my home. I added that her presence at my home would be viewed as a trespass. For my protection, I have saved all of these text messages.

Ms. D requested regular service on her pool. After 2 visits she left me a voicemail with how great of a job Patrick did. She even referred her friend for service with us which we still do each week. She failed to give a 2 week notice as we require and she agreed to that before we began services. She also paid the bill that was due to us for the work we completed at her home after much aggravation. She used us to get her pool in working order and then dropped us day before we were to arrive. There was no inflated bill. Just the standard charge for our 2 visits and 2 week cancellation fee because it was not cancelled with a 2 week notice a

They are very professional. It is a husband and wife team that come to your home and at the end they take a picture of their work so that you know how it looks and what time it was done Iâ m very happy with them.
