We had a plugged kitchen sink on Thanksgiving eve- bad timing! Carlos came 45 min after I called, did a professional assessment of the problem, and was able to clear the blockage quickly. Very friendly and helpful. He does all drain and septic issues, and I will certainly call Rooter Tech LLC. again for plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

Carlos and Lopez came to my house to fix my sewer line issue. They were very Polite and willing to negotiate with me. Their prices were surprisingly lower than the other estimates I had and for that I highly recommend them!!

Seems like everything I bought was broken. Left me with a leaking sink and a insta hot on my counter uninstalled! Not a happy customer.

Hello Carlos Martinez here owner of Rooter Tech Llc. I just wanted to make a comment on this review our customer David wanted to save some money so he decided to go buy the parts himself. when we tried to install the instant hot (that he supplied) it was leaking so I told him that he needed to return it and get another one. As a result of my company not providing the parts I could not take responsibility on a part that a customer supplied. I have a policy in my company ( that if I supply the parts I take full responsibility on it and I give guarantee on labor and parts) but sometimes customers are trying to save some money by buying the parts them-self and in that case we can't be responsible for something we did not provide.

Juan provided a good service and was willing to negotiate price, unlike some of the bigger companies, but still initially wanted $500 for a simple router job. I understand plumbing is expensive but I don't understand why something so seemingly simple costs so much. He does travel up and down I-5 so he's got to cover costs for time in traffic and fuel while still making a profit, which is understandable. He's communicative, flexible on price and will to do stuff some of the bigger companies won't.

The company replaced a pipe in our front yard and got our downspout working again! They did an excellent job. The owner is professional, honest and thorough. I would highly recommend his company for plumbing and drain work.
