Perhaps they did good work and made good recommendations to protect and restore my septic tank and drain field. But the original cost ballooned to 4-5 times the original. I have twice requested an itemized breakdown of the costs, but I have not received it. Some of the extra work performed seem to be excessively overpriced. They seemed to be knowledgeable and are probably very good for routine septic tank pumpout.

Calling Rooter Express today was probably our 5th or 6th call to a septic service. The office was friendly and was able to have their guys out to our house today and not have to wait a couple days. We were called an hour prior to the arrival of the truck and guys. They showed up on time and were very friendly. Once finding the where the septic tank was it was about 10 minutes before they had both covers off. Once the covers were off we had more of a problem then any of us realized. Our tank was full...main reason of the call was because we had septic backup in our downstairs bathtub and toilet. Once they had gotten the septic down to see the pipes coming into the tank they discovered a new problem the main pipe from the house was at an upward angle and not at a downward slop to allow proper drainage. They were quick to figure out the problem, give us a new quote to fix it and get working on it. Total time spent on the job was about 4.5 hours. All 3 guys were friendly had a great sense of humor and worked in a timely matter for the issue we had. We were so greatly appreciative for fast service. We will definitely use this company in the future for septic clean out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
