Mike and DJ where great, went out of there way to manually dig down to my second opening in the septic tank. Pumped out tank, repaired, pumped drain field and treated lines. Awesome

Septic tank backed up on a Saturday and boy am I glad we found this company. Arrived in under an hour, quickly located my tank, walked us through the process of everything they were going to do. Charged a more than fair price, and weâ re a pleasure to work with. The guys even left my yard in better shape than I could have asked for. Would rate higher but I can only leave 5 stars here. They deserve 10 stars.

Of course on a weekend our septic backed up and caused a bit of a mess. We called and everyone was booked up until we came across this company. From the initial phone call to the technician servicing our tank, the service was great. We have been at our home for many years and have had our septic system pumped every three years or so. This was the first time a company has explained in detail what was wrong and actually took the time and effort to dig up and open up both lids of the tank. Came to find out, after removing the rear lid, the baffle had deteriorated to the point of needing a new one, but this was not known because the previous company that came out to pump the tank just over a year ago did not bother removing the second lid to make sure it was not clogged. As a result, the drain field was clogged, the liquid was not draining out to the drain field, and the tank was filling up faster than usual. The time and dedication of the technician were greatly appreciated. All repairs were done and hopefully, we will not have any further (major) issues with the septic system. Thank you (to the owner) for supporting our veterans and military.

We have been living in our house for 14 years. In that time, we have had our septic tanks emptied 3 times. However, this time, the 4th time, is the first time they have taken the time to truly explain what was going on and what they were doing. Even more surprising, they were the first company in 14 years to go through the extra time and effort to open up and empty the second septic tank, which we had no clue even existed until now. Them doing the extra work to find, uncover and drain the second septic tank has saved us thousands down the road in repairs and replacements. So, despite paying multiple times for other companies to empty out the septic tank, it wasn't until we called Rooter Express that we got friendly, honest, hard working service that went above and beyond to get the job done the right way. While other companies came out with some hand tools and a pump, Rooter express showed up with actual machinery instead of a simple shovel. This greatly cut down on the time it took to get the job done, which we greatly appreciate. It took us getting scammed 3 times before finally learning about and reaching out to Rooter Express. BEST DECISION EVER! You will not find anyone better, especially at their reasonable prices!
