We had Rick come to the house was the salesman very nice guy. Had the shiny pamphlets and iPad and talked a good talk. We received to quotes 1 for the whole rejuvenation about 4100 and 1 for the tune up and cleaning. We decided to go with the second mainly due to cost and we have a roof that is twenty years old. With the rejuvenation it is recommended you do it every five years. The day comes to get the tune up done the guys did a good job and addressed the main issue we had which was some shifting shingles. With the cleaning there were issues we are on a well they use are water to do the cleaning. It takes around 4 hours to do the cleaning. 3/4 of the way through one side of the house we shut it down. We called John on the phone and speak to him about the concerns. We were given the impression everything came out of the truck. I would not use them. Sales practices unclear. Have waited no refund on the cleaning part of the project or even a portion to what wasn?t finished

Very professional, efficient & friendly. Removed snow from my roof & installed heat tape completed job in 2 days. Very respectful of my home, property & neighbors property. Price was reasonable & I would definitely recommend to anyone!

They explained to me that they may not be able to help me. The roof was pretty dirty With Pete Moss so they cleaned the roof and realize that the roof was too far gone for the service and they didnâ  t even charge me for the roof cleaning to my surprise . I would definitely recommend this company. they were on time, courteous, and very respectful. Definitely suggest using this company.
