I was quickly contacted by a representative. He came out to the house within ays to give me an estimate and was able to complete the work in a week. Would have been faster if it hadn't rained. He cleaned the moss off the roof, sealed around the skylight and chimney and other small repairs. Finished by treating the whole roof to protect against future moss growth. Overall very satisfied with the job.

Repaired 3 spots on a roof and only 1 spot was leaking. Also gave me an estimate to get a new roof. Hard to really rate quality since I don't have a high quality of roof nor did I get up on the roof and inspect it so I'm assuming it was good.

Very good experience. This was the first time I have had to have a roof replaced, and Neil and his crew made the process pain free. Quick response to my S.M. inquiry gave them the leg up and a prompt and affordable bid gave them the job. Also, Neil's belief in using the right materials the first time kept my wife and I at ease that the job would be done right. Only critique would be a desire for a little more communication in regard to weather conditions and expected work dates. The workers were efficient and professional. I found the clean up to be adequate and their site prep just as good.
