Comment: Looking for a professional foundation inspection and repair estimate for a home under contract (we are the buyers). There are a few cracks in the drywall in the interior and a crack in one of the living room picture windows. There are sloping floors in areas. There is evidence of prior work completed (shims placed). Ideally need to complete the inspection and quote to repair by Feb 8. I have a home inspection report containing numerous photos from the crawlspace and rest of home available to share for more detail. Secondary, but would also like an estimate to level concrete slab walkways on the exterior of the home as well as the garage slab. Thank you!
