"We hired Nick Pastuhovs, who owns Masterworks Tile Installation, to redo a bathroom for us. Unlike some other tile business owners we contacted, Nick Pastuhovs first came to our house to discuss the project and spent nearly two hours with us, offering suggestions on how best to create our dream bathroom. He was enthusiastic, warm, creative and professional. The face-to-face meeting was really helpful for us as we tried to decide what kind of design and tile we wanted. Both Nick and his main tile installer, Philip, were easy to work with and understanding when we wanted to make small changes while the project was underway. Philip's work was excellent; he too was creative when we needed to make small alterations to the tile design. Nick and his team also installed a new quartz countertop for us, which looks gorgeous. The plumber Nick subcontracts with, Ivan, installed the bath fixtures and replaced the toilet; his work was excellent as well. Once the project was finished, Nick returned to make a final inspection, and he proceeded to add final touches to the nooks and crannies...because he is a perfectionist! "The overall experience was excellent, except that the tile installers should have used tarps in the work area to protect the wood floors in the kitchen and the carpet in the path to their saw. The small flaw in the quartz was repaired very quickly and you can't even tell it was there. All workers were prompt and courteous."
