Rocky called me about 5 or 10 minutes after I inquired about vacuum repair services through Angie. He was able to come look at the job and do the work within 3 hours on the same day of my inquiry. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment, worked very efficiently with expert skill and speed. He replaced my worn out central vac unit and got me back up and going in about 2 hours max. I would highly recommend him if you have any problems with your central vacuum system. .

The job was completed quickly on a holiday, but the final price was $300 more than the estimate, and the remote power switch that was quoted was not a part of the finished installation.

Rocky Vacuum, LLC was simply outstanding! Rocky, himself, answered my project within 30 minutes, personally called me to arrange appointment, arrived on-time (actually early), then provided quick troubleshooting of our central vacuum system. He then made several recommendations for us to choose from. Ultimately, we decided to replace our entire central vacuum system. Within 50 minutes, he was able to remove our old unit and replace it with a new central system. In addition, he offered many tips and advice to properly maintain our new system. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rocky and his team! You won’t be disappointed.
