They shouldn't come out for a free quote, do work unauthorized work without telling you, you will be charged, then send an invoice and estimate the next day. they were also two hours late and did not call me ,. I had to call them to find out what was happening.

We were told to bring parts with us and be prepared to do work. So when the quote for the new material was refused our technician did work and that work order was signed, so the work was not unauthorized. There is value in the work he did. I apologize that our technician was late. His truck was broken into and his tools were stolen, so he had to deal with that. There was a miss communication in our office about who was supposed to call you. That was a mistake on our part.
