Rocklin Pest was actually the 2nd professional to come out, as the first did a hack job on my home. However, Brandon did an AMAZING job removing the shoddy work and re-doing it beautifully, with clean cuts, flush seams and was as pleasant a person you could ask for. HIGHLY recommend Brandon & am happy I went with Rocklin Pest Control Services.

Disappointing experience. Initial inspection resulted in appointment with two people for two days. After first day, estimate was more than doubled for additional work after opening up eaves and exposing attic to elements and vermin. . OK, but then was told that they had no resources to do work. They explained that they had a big project that consumed all of their resources and were calling in favors to find a third-party contractor to do the work. Communications between company and third-party were inadequate. Contractor failed to complete several items included in the original and expanded estimates. I had to point out to Rocklin Pest the areas that were not completed even though Rocklin had asked for payment. Ultimately, Rocklin confirmed failures of contractor and called them back to complete the job. Generally, the workmanship was poor. I paid extra for painting. What I got looked like something my three-year-old granddaughter would do when applying lipstick. Finally told Rockling, not to do any more as I would do the painting. To add insult to injury, Rocklin's bill was over $100.00 more than the original estimate. When I pointed this out, they adjusted the bill. Will never use. I own several rental properties and will not use Rocklin, nor will the property management company I use employ Rocklin. Home Adviors should seriously reconsider recommending this company.

I did a structural pest inspection with this company and after I got the report and was told I had dry rot issues with a number of items that I had already fixed I had a professional contractor go under the house to look at these items and he found nothing wrong with 90% of what the Rocklin guy found to be problems. The pest guy also filled a two year remodel of a shower pan 6 inches above the hot mope job that was done forcing the shower to leak and then declaring that the entire floor and two feet above the floor needed to be ripped out and redone for a price of almost $3000 not including the tile, tile work or a new hot mop. Pretty lousy way for them to make money. Definitely find someone else for this inspection.

Came out the next day to set and bait traps. My rat was dead by the following morning.
