They came out for an inspection. We ended up not needing any treatment. That said, Ben with Rock was so friendly and professional. Not only was he thorough in the inspection, he was willing to share all his knowledge. He’s even taught classes on pest control! He and his bed bug sniffing dog were great and made me feel very calm during a stressful time.

I was feeling extremely vulnerable and totally powerless at the thought of bed bugs in my home. I have children so I immediately began making phone calls after I was given the wrong advice by the internet. I panicked when I began to imagine what the possible treatments could look like, as well as the disruption in my home for my children. I spoke with a very kind woman ( operator ) who eased my stress level and answered all questions in a professional and compassionate manner. She seemed very knowledgeable, but equally as important, very understanding and nurturing. Then came Ben. This guy was super informative and was in no hurry to answer any and all questions. He genuinely cares, and I did not feel like just a number sharing all of my concerns and fears. Ben was honest, patient, and knowledgeable. Very personable and a true bug expert. The dog was a cool touch, too. Thank your for all your help, Jason

Their knowledge and professionalism was just amazing! They were the only company that was actually able to get rid of the bed bugs and we used them for pest control as well. So thorough and I could not have done it with out them! They are the best!
