I called for the shower enclosure to be re-caulk and some grout along the corner where I had to emergency caulk it because there was a leak, it was determined that the leak was coming from the drain, but the handyman showed up and did not do any of the caulking or the grout repair which I wanted replaced because I did emergency job and it was not a good job and he didn?t do it but he charged me $120. He charged me $35 for the service call and he charged me for one hour labor and he was only here for 15 minutes to troubleshoot the drain. He advertises that he?s veteran friendly and I was not even asked if I was a veteran and I didn?t get the 10% off of my bill, and they tried to charge me 3% for using a credit card to pay which they retracted. I would not recommend this Handyman. I got charged $120 and didn?t receive the caulking that I requested. I realize that it was the drain that was leaking, but I wanted the caulking done also.

Rocco arrived and diagnosed the caulking was not the issue or needed and would be a wasted charge. He diagnosed the issue with you present and advised you there was a leak in your in your drain. He advised to call a licensed plumber to fix leak immediately. Rocco traveled 45 min and spent 30min with you. We charge a min of 1 hour for appointments. I apologize we weren't to your liking but Rocco did find where the leak was coming from and advised what to do. Clients who choose us continue to call us and rave about the professional service Rocco provides. I apologize you were not happy with us.

From initial phone call , to service and quality of work , personality and overall professionalism , Rocco was amazing . Speaking with Daniella to schedule feels like talking to an old friend that makes you smile. Rocco is very knowledgeable , after speaking to him and watching him work, I was left with pure confidence in his abilities. Clean worker who DID NOT leave me a mess to clean up after he was done, which is very appreciated. The type of service that is worthy of a great review!

I hired Rocco to install a bathroom faucet, vanity light and kitchen island pendant lighting. Not only was he honest and trustworthy, he was able to show me the previous work from another handyman that needed to be corrected. Rocco was punctual and charged a fair and honest price for his hours. I would definitely hire him again!
