Manny was great when he came over for the estimate and talked us through what could be done. He was very clear with his pricing and was the only person to give us a written price quote verses a texted or verbal quote. We never had to get a tree removed and didn't know what to expect as far as pricing. The pricing seem very reasonable to us and Manny was super friendly... which was a plus. They were able to get us into a cancelled spot for our tree removal and they had it done quick! My only complaint was when the tree fell, it clipped the branch of another tree in our yard and they had to remove the damaged limb. It's not a big deal to us. I just wish they mentioned it to us. Overall, we a very happy with Rivera Tree Service and would recommend AND use them again!

Jonathan showed up at our door off a referral from angi's list. He was super professional and gave an on the spot quote. He scheduled service for 2 days later but called the next morning and said they had a cancellation. The crew arrived on time, and were hard workers. They got ALOT of work done in a short amount of time. Excellent work, excellent experience. The crew was friendly and professional, and asked my opinion on their work to make sure they were doing what I wanted. I love supporting local businesses when I can, and I highly recommend Rivera's Tree Service!

Did not clean up thoroughly Need to pay attention to detail when trimming trees and shrubs. crew friendly *contacted company to notify them of my concerns about the deficiencies of service rendered; no attempt to correct problems as of this date 10/17.

The Rivera Tree Service crew were friendly. They listened to my stated needs. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up thoroughly. They departed about one hour after arriving. And they charged a lot less than the bids of other companies! What more could you ask for?!
