Remodeled kitchen. Put holes in new cabinets for vent for a ventless microwave. Backsplash was not spaced right fir grout Had to take down which damaged wall. Had to pay 450.00 for plumbing they messed up. Electrian paid to hook my microwave back up. Bent ceiling fan bent it back then they put it back up. Knocked hole in wall taking my old cabinets out. They did fix. Crew would lie about coming but I do have cameras

Richs workers are very good, the work was done in a timely fashion. You have to be a mind reader to know when the crew is coming out to do work, as there is little to no communication between the owner and the client! I felt some pushy sales techniques were used for additional work when quoted.

We are just starting a room addition project with Rich. He has been great to work with. No pressure, professional, certainly skilled in construction. I look forward to sharing this experience with others as our project progresses!

Employees are friendly , professional , and delivered way above expectations. If I have future home construction projects , I definitely would use services again !!

CAME TO MY HOUSE BROUGHT SAMPLES NO PRESSURE SALES. SIGNED CONTRACT AND THE ROOF WAS INSTALLED IN ONE WEEK. I WOULD HIGHLEY RECOMMEND RICHS TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT LIKE TO BE PRESSURED AND WANTS QUALITY WORK AT A FAIR PRICE.

Rich was quick to call me and when he found out I had a leak in my roof he moved fast to get it done. His prices were good and he had a good selection. I had a couple problems with the workmen. They arrived with a dog that they kept tied to a trailer outside. This created a lot of problems with my year and a half old blue tick coonhound who wanted to get to that dog for playtime and created a lot of chaos all afternoon in the house. I had no way of knowing if the puppy was up on vaccinations and healthcare so even though my dogs are I didn't want to risk any problems. In addition my dog plays rough and since it was just a puppy it could have gotten hurt. When I called Rich about the dog he checked and said it wouldn't be here all afternoon but it was. In addition they opened the gate to the backyard and didn't close it so when I took the dogs out my 9 year old basset beagle got out before I saw the gate was left open. It turned out to be a rough afternoon but the end result has been a new roof that I am very happy with.

Rich and crew are very professional, and the workmanship is excellent. Great attention to detail, easy process.
