Rich contacted me after searching for an IT technician to set up Wi Fi and security cameras. He is highly knowledgeable about various tech and electrical aspects. The installation took a couple of hours, as we had to run new internet cables in our home. The Wi Fi signal significantly improved with wireless coverage throughout the house. Once the installation was complete, Rich programmed the camera notifications and alert zones as per our request. He also gave us a quick tutorial on adjusting settings for both the new cameras and Wi Fi system.
