It was a pleasure having Rex do some surveying of my property. I've always been interested in that field of work and it was nice that I got to tag along with him. He definitely knows what he's doing. He's super nice and the conversations we had almost felt like we've known each other for years. I'd highly recommend him if you need any work done around your property.

He was very polite. Walked us through every thing he did. He took the measurements twice to make sure they were right. Was here about 3 hours. We would recommend him to others.

Rex came on one of the hottest days of the year, after having done another survey an hour away from here. he worked carefully and methodically to set the boundary pins for our property. He was very pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our experience.

Rex was prompt to schedule an appointment and complete our survey, explaining in great detail as he worked. He was paid in person before leaving our home. We needed a statement/letter showing a professional had completed this work for a court case. He was aware of this need when hired and that was added to the cost of the survey. There was 6 weeks between survey and court date. Two weeks out, we began to worry and reached out to Rex. After several calls, texts, and messages, our court date came and went without his documentation. Luckily, our photos of the marked property lines helped in court. But we could not be reimbursed the considerable cost without his statement. On the chance you need anything from him after the visit, Rex is a professional, yet risky hire.

Rex did a fast survey for my property. He does tell you his process of what he will be doing. He is pricey, but he is very professional and personable.
