Mr. Hernandez was hired by my wife's attorney to do an appraisal on an end unit townhouse for a divorce case. All 3 of Mr Hernandez's comparables were middle unit townhomes. Mr Hernandez avoided my calls when I needed an explanation. First saying that my wife's attorney hadn't given him permission to speak to me, when she had clearly sent him an email giving him permission to speak. And then after trying multiple times and finally getting through, he made the excuse that my wife said for him not to talk to me. It wasn't after the attorney asked again to answer my questions did he finally answer the phone (over 3 months later). When I challenged his methods, he kept cutting me off and hung up on me twice. He even admitted that end units cost more than middle units but because he couldn't find an end unit comparable, he valued it the same as middle units. huh?? I will challenge his appraisal in court, but in the meantime, I had to pay for another appraisal.

Response from Company:

First and foremost Mr Gerald was not hired by me...an attorney did, so as such the attorney is the client and not he. As such it was necessary to obtain the clients permission to discuss anything pertinent to the appraisal with him. Mr Gerald was being rude, loud, and cursing at me. So yes I did disconnect the call.

William did an Appraisal for me, and was excellent to work with. Communicated very well, showed up on time, completed the appraisal early as requested, very knowledgeable and professional, and the quality of the appraisal and the price great. Will do work with William again.
