Initially, my husband gave him a kind review. But the truth is that the process was horrible. He showed up with a crew that was not sufficient to complete the job. My husband ended up having to pitch in to help, but I did not get a price reduction for our labor. In addition, my old driveway had a border around it that was supposed to be put in the new driveway. He forgot to do put it in. He also split our driveway into 5 separate pours which made the sections not match. He did not know that he needed to tell the concrete company this was for a home and that the concrete needed to come from 1 place in 1 truck. My husband then spent considerable time trying to get a new coating put down to fix the color issue. This coating then made the driveway extremely slick. After less than a year, the coating started coming off. Now, it is 2.5 years later and our driveway is pitting and crumbling. We reached out to the contractor for help and he is ignoring us. Terrible!! We are now facing the real possibility of needing to find a new contractor and paying them for a new driveway to fix this mess.

I didn't get competitive bids but feel I got good value for my investment. The step from the walkway to the front porch was not done correctly, making too high a step. (a Bob Buescher home). So the step was removed and replaced. Very attractive and much more comfortable to use.
