Critical: Quality, Responsiveness. The first service was great, the next service was mediocre, missing a few things. I mentioned it and the owner Todd became unresponsive. When I also asked when they would be able to trim the bushes Todd stated *When we do yards its just yards and when its bush day that is all we do...*. No problem with that except they never got to the bushes even after I asked again. The third and final service was poor at best. They moved my flatbed trailer from its parked location presumably to get under it but then left it parked sideways blocking the driveway and entrance and hit the planter box in front of the house knocking two bricks off. They did come back when I called and mentioned I have no problem moving the trailer myself and replacing the bricks even though I should not have to as there client but I was irritated because if I had not seen it my wife would have been blocked from entering the gate and the parking in the garage. Todd seems to have the right equipment and initially did a good service unfortunately the commitment to his work did not continue and they did not communicate with me, the client. Eventually, without notice, he texted me and said I have to find another company.

Very nice persons and helpful as well as courteous. Clean up great and would recommend them to anyone.

Todd emailed us right away, came to the house the next day and gave us a bid. Started work the day after. Everything we asked him to do he and his crew did immediately. They left the job site in great condition. Very professional, excellent work, can't recommend him highly enough.

Todd and his crew did an awesome job, just in time for my mother to relax her last days in Pensacola. We have a back yard to really enjoy now. ?????
