Reliance Roof Pros

This company responded quickly, and the estimator was knowledgeable and friendly. They got us on their schedule quickly, as it was already the rainy season, and the 4 man crew did the job efficiently: arrived on time, repaired our leaks, pulled out and replaced the wet insulation in the attic and got it closed up and re-roofed by mid afternoon. Would recommend them to others!

Estimator was knowledgeable and responsive. Javier, who removed supports from old solar panels, removed old solar attic fan, installed a new solar fan and patched the roof as necessary was knowledgeable and efficient. Also plugged vents to make the fan more efficient and installed safety harness attachments as required by code. We also had them clean the roof. They brush and treat with baking soda to change the roof ph to be less friendly to moss, Truly eco-friendly--the only company we've ever found that does it without harmful chemicals. Some say they use an eco-friendly process but don't disclose the contents. We were extremely pleased.

WOW! Matt and his team at Reliance Roof Pros are truly the BEST!!! Matt went above and beyond in every aspect of this roofing adventure! I started by getting a quote from six different roofing companies. Matt's quote was the most comprehensive. He spent as much time as I needed to go through all the details and explain why he recommended certain things and why he might recommend against other options that weren't specific or appropriate for our unique situation. I felt like he truly individualized the plan for what I really needed--not just a blanket general answer. He listened to ALL of my questions and concerns and was so patient the entire time. This was really important to me when we are talking about the cost of a roof and such a large part of our home. Matt answered every single phone call, text message, and email promptly! I know it sounds to good to be true...but seriously Reliance Roof Pros provided the best customer service!! When it came to actually completing the project, I sing the same praises! The timeline was just as Matt explained it to me from the very beginning. He worked around my preferences and travel schedule. He was so conscientious of our needs. Matt sent us photos of specific pieces we asked about and went above and beyond with updates! I never write reviews, but I just had to write one when it came to this AMAZING experience! I have never received such high quality, personalized service from any other company in the home industry...well really any industry. I feel so lucky to have found Matt and Reliance Roof Pros!

THIS IS NOT A PAID ADVERTISEMENT! But it's gonna sound like it because I will sing their praises loud and proud. I cannot recommend Matt and his crew at Reliance Roof Pros highly enough. We have a very large roof which had old cedar shake (and as it turned out, some rotten plywood sheathing underneath) that needed replacing. We had three companies come out to give us bids. One very large, well known company, and two smaller, local companies. Reliance Roof Pros was referred to me by a contractor I trust like he's part of my family, who knows quality work when he sees it. Reliance's bid was not the cheapest, in fact I had another bid that was several thousand dollars cheaper. But but based on the amount of time Matt spent inspecting our home and roof, getting to know the ins and outs of our structure, and the time he spent explaining to me what he was proposing, and teaching me all that went into the project, it was such an easy decision. He is so knowledgable and professional, and was able to answer each and every question and even draw diagrams to help explain what needed to be done. We selected Presidential comp, and scheduled the job. Matt and his crew hit the schedule perfectly, even finishing ahead of schedule. The crew was so efficient, and careful, and made sure not to leave a trace of the job on our property after each day of work. They were very respectful and friendly, and we felt very comfortable with them on our property for 4 days in a row. Matt was out multiple times daily to inspect the work, and ensure the safety of my family, and his crew. In the end, the finished product (new roof and underlayment, flashings, skylights, added structural support of an overhang, new sheathing, new ridge vent, and ice barrier in a spot where we saw buildup, etc), we couldn't be happier that we went with Reliance Roof Pros. Happy to provide referral over the phone if anyone wants. Don't go anywhere else for your roofing needs. We won't (but then again, we'll probably be dead before we need a new roof). Thanks again Matt!
