I had a bad spill on my new carpet. Eric was immediately on the road and at my door ready to clean it up. He did an excellent job, leaving no trace of the stain. Also he cleaned an upholstered chair, and I am pleased with that outcome. He moved necessary furniture and was done quickly. Super kind and friendly, and I recommend RER highly.

Right after submitting my HomeAdvisor request, Eric called me at lightening speed to set up a time for an estimate. He arrived on time for both the estimate and job. He and his assistant were professional, efficient, conscientious, respectful and VERY hardworking. It took them a lot of HARD work as our carpets, carpeted stairs and area rugs were dingy and stained. They are now bright and clean. YAY! Happy customer and would hire Redwood Empire Restoration again.

Eric is super nice and laid back but still really efficient thorough! He got back to me within minutes of my requesting a quote and was easy to schedule with--the whole project was done from start to finish within 5 days of my having the idea. His rates are very reasonable and he left my house cleaner than it's been in years. Highly recommend. I was going to rent a carpet cleaning unit and do it myself but it was so worth the money go this route instead--Eric did a much deeper cleaning than I could have done and was much faster than I would have been on my own. Eric was super quick to give me a quote! Like really quick! Shows that he is prompt with customer service! Got the quote and he came the next day! Very polite! My carpets weren t super dirty(wear and tear type of dirty) but just got to the point that I didn t like looking at them. He made them look so much better!
