The C-ring of our toilet cracked and caused a lot of unseen flooding into our Michigan basement furnace room. We didn't catch it until about a week later when we went to replace a furnace filter. We had at least a foot of sewage water in there. Ross and his crew got everything cleaned up super fast and got a dehumidifier in place to dry out the foundation too! Ross even helped us navigate getting a good claim with our insurance appraiser to help us pay for everything! This job easily could've cost us far more but thankfully our insurance covered most of the job and Ross charged fairly for everything. Ross fixed everything we needed done, including laying a new vinyl plank floor for the bathroom. And even though our bathroom was a weird shape, he did a flawless job.
