Raleigh Water Heater Guys is outstanding! If you need a plumber you can trust and rely on, Mike is the one. We purchased a new home and needed help addressing items on our inspection list. During Mike's walkthrough for the quote, Mike quickly fixed several items on the list for us - for free. Mind you, I've never experienced this type of amazing service before. With a few items on the list, e.g. having older pipes and having a pipe that had a leak in the past, Mike offered his expertise for us to understand the urgency and timeline of when to fix. Mike's invaluable perspective eased our financial burden, after just buying a house, and allowed us to prioritize our expenditures in the right direction. By the end of the walkthrough, there were only several repairs left on the list that Mike needed to actually come back for. The prices were affordable especially for the quality of work. Mike came back and fixed all of these issues with ease (there was soldering involved - speaking as a layperson, the work seemed thorough!). Mike also offered the option to save money and shut off a broken hose bib, since we had a working one right next to it, and let us know we didn't need to replace our water heater. His transparency earned my trust as a customer for life. He also discovered a plumbing line that we could use for a potential utility sink. Thanks for your great work, Mike, and we look forward to working with you again soon!
