Your situation is exactly what I am going through even the same amount of money $17,000 but I was supposed to receive vinyl siding but got nothing but $17,000 in debt for a product and labor I did not get What kind of company does this to someone......pathetic in my opinion! I'm glad they can drive around in their $60,000 dollar car and a suit that I am obviously paying for! I'm beyond upset They even sent 4 different crews to do measurements over the past 8 months, don't you need a tape measure and a ladder "Come on"!!! Thank you RROC Exteriors FOR NOTHING!!! I did file a police report. Angi's list remove this company from your site this is a complete scam.

No, Work was done, they sold me a product I never received, they use the third-party credit union to secure a loan for their job, eight months later job wasn?t done in the business closed up shop without any warning, I should?ve known something was up when Matt Krom the owner stopped returning phone calls and text, I?m out $17,000, and now RROC exteriors has shut their doors, I see a lot of lawsuits in that man?s future, last time I ever buy from door-to-door sales contractors, not sure you can trust the BBB or Angie?s list either since they gave the company such high marks, yeah

RROC is easy to work with, owner Matt Krom did a great job explaining the the GAF product. They worked with me on job start date. The crew was here as advertised. The job required a complete tear off to the rafters. The crew worked hard and did a great job of cleaning up every day. We are very happy with our new roof and would recommend this company.

RROC removed the old siding at our house, made necessary repairs, and then installed new cement board siding on the whole house. The workmanship is great and they were easy to work with. We had a glitch with a window installation, and Matt, the owner took care of it very efficiently.

I had my roof replaced this fall and was very pleased. David G. was my salesperson and he did a great job of explaining the warranty, quality and helped me feel confident in choosing RROC. The install crew was here on time and did an exceptional job. I'm 5 star happy with RROC! Thank you !

The salesmanâ s, his name is Alex, was excellent with the presentation and was personable. He explained everything so we understood what we were buying. I will definitely tell all my friends about RROC and recommend they use them for all their roofing needs.

From the sales people to the crew who did the install, everyone was amazing to work with. They were quick to resolve any concerns and their customer service was very friendly and responsive. We compared prices with other companies, and they were really competitively priced. I loved being able to support my local community by working with them.
