Mario Haxihillari of R&R Building Services and his crew did a great job rebuilding our deck. They replaced many of the beams providing support for the deck and then rebuilt the decking using Timber Tech composite materials. There was one delay in completing the job due to the complicated design of the steps down to the backyard from the deck. This required a custom railing and led to an increase in price. However, Mario communicated our options well and kept us apprised of the status. After the new railing was delivered, Mario and crew completed the job quickly. We are very happy with the results.

Mario was very professional and understanding. He gave several options for us to work with. Great communication and showed up promptly on time. The work was done perfectly. Mario was polite and respectful. He was true to his word. He kept every appt., called before he arrived, and completed every bit of work he schedule on each day. He also showed and explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. It is very very difficult to find and hire workers with such commitment to their clients and expertise. We expanded our deck to something bigger and couldnâ t be happier with the results. Mario was able to come and see the place the next day after the request, and send the estimate the same day. We decided to go with the composite option since is maintenance free and wanted to enjoy it without any worries for the future years. All the work was done as we talked and in a very timely manner. They cleaned after all was done and the new deck was ready for use without fearing that we will fall anytime we would walk on it. Great work done and very friendly personnel. Highly recommend them and will hire again if needed for future projects.
