RM Septic is the real deal. Radu showed up exactly when he said he would, got straight to work, and didn't leave until everything was done properly. What stood out most was that he treated my home with care and took a few minutes to walk me through what to watch for in the future — that kind of attention to detail is hard to come by. Solid work, fair price, zero hassle. I wouldn't call anyone else.

It has been a long time since I've been as impressed with the service provided by an individual as I was with Radu. He showed up on time, was patient, professional, and had a genuine concern for completing the job correctly, as economically as possible, and all in one day. He found that the issue was a simple problem with an easy resolution, and only billed me for what was absolutely necessary to get us back online. No excuses about equipment issues, weather conditions, or having to deal with thorny bushes. He saw what had to be done, he did it, and never complained. As the business owner/operator, he knows how to treat his customers, and locked up my repeat business by inspiring trust and confidence in the service he provided.
