It was classic weekend crisis. The septic was backing up. He was out within 2 hours! While we knew where the leaching field wasâ ¦no idea on the tank. He found it straight away. He cleaned out the tank and explained everything going on with the system. The following Monday (first thing) he returned and installed a replacement cover and piping to address needed venting. I appreciated the time he took to explain his approach to resolving our situation as well as guidance on ongoing maintenance. He will be servicing our system for all needed maintenance. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. We highly recommend RM.

Radu is a hard-working entrepreneur who isi in the process of setting up a new busienss after a career as a water treatment analyst. He came out to our home in Phippsburg on short notice and pumped out our septic tank in advance of an upcoming wedding on our property.. He arrived at about 5:00 pm on a hot, muggy day and worked like a dog for several hours to complete the job.. He did an excellent job, including cleaning up the site! Very professional and totally knew what he was doing. As we only had an idea where to look for the tank and it was probed and found quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone as price was comparable to others and he also found the lid to pump which others would not.
