Radu, with RM Septic, was amazing! He called at 7:30am on a Sunday and was at the house within 4 hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. We needed our tank pumped as it was backing up. He pumped a 1,000 tank and made sure the system was working before leaving. My wife was home and she usually dislikes having contractors or service people at the house when she is alone, but felt comfortable with Radu. She was very impressed with his professionalism. We will be calling RM Septic for all our needs and would highly recommend!!
