I interviewed eight roofing companies and the first 6 had the same roofing products and the sale sales style. My background was a salesperson for a New York Computer manufacture and am very acute of the sales process. My opening with all vendors was the same. My roof was 40 years old, and two layers needed to be removed with some structural problems. Mr. Rivera and his son spent 2 hours reviewing the problems with my roof. The only vendor to identify my roof was full of black mold. What the facts are importing with a contractor and a client. My request and response from Mr. Rivera were one of a personal commitment to a solution to my problems. Not a quick and cheaper quote from another vendor! Most of my roof was stripped off roof materials and plywood. During the work they discovered other structural problems with my roof. This raised the price another $5,000 because my request was to repair my roof. My home will be going on the market, and I want another family to raise a new family as I did over the last 40 years. Mr. Rivera and his son are men of there word and represent the best of the America I love. I also purchased new down spouts and drains from them. I am ready this summer to sell my home without the worry that a cheap job would impact on another family in the future.

Rivera's Roofing Services did an exceptional job replacing my shed roof. They showed up when they said they would and completed on time. I didn’t bother to get a second estimate after Riveria Roofing surveyed both the moss-related damage to our roof and the subsequent discoloration of the ceiling. What we thought would take a couple of days was done in less than a day and one-half. And get this: they started work the very next day. All the moss is gone from our very pitched roof and the ceiling, where they replaced the damaged Sheetrock is flawless. It’s not often I offer guarantees but I guarantee you will be as pleased with the work Riveria does at a very, very fair price. I’m looking forward to their licensure in Oregon so I can use their expertise and artistry there. This company is really the greatest

They not only replace the roof but also replace the plywood underneath whenever necessary and clean up everything when they finish the job

Eli was very friendly and easy to work with for setting up the project. They were very transparent with their pricing and were able to get me a quote within a day of inspecting the house. They were also able to schedule the work within a week of the quote and got the work completed in under three days. They completely removed the old roof as well as a substantial amount of rotting plywood underneath and replaced everything with brand new wood and shingles. They also installed a new skylight and metal sidings and flashing and little additional cost. Would highly recommend working with them and would hire them again in the future.

They did a good job and responded I one day

This team did excellent work installing our new roof and doing additional repairs that needed to be done. Very reasonable in their prices. Special kudos to Eli this young man is very professional and has excellent communications skills. When I needed a call back they did so right away! I was very impressed with the clean up after they finished the job. I will be hiring this company in for future Jobs.

These guys were the first to answer my inquiry, the first to come out to the house, and the first to analyze the issues with my roof which is about 25 years old now. They were the first to give me an estimate for the repairs I was looking for and were also the most cost-effective of all the quotes I received. After they were out they found some other issues with the roof. After consulting me, we agreed to go ahead and do the repairs. I'm hopeful I can get at least another three or more years out of my old roof. All in all, first class. I will plan on using them in the future for any other roofing needs.
