Rivera Roofing came out, looked at my roof, gave me a quote. They were to meet me the next day at 2:30 to start the repair. 2:30 came and went, 3:30 came and went!! I finally called them at 4:00. They were hung up with an angry customer. Should have been a red flag, but I let it slide. They finally arrived, did the repairs and I paid them cash. Asked for a receipt and was told they would email it....haven't heard from them since. Ghosted me completely!!! Somethings sketchy!!! Beware!!!

Ma'am we are sorry you had this experience with us. But we called you to let you know we weren't going to make it at that time because we had an upset customer that same customer was not upset with us; he was upset because 2 sheets of plywood had to get replaced so it's not a "red flag" for anyone. We tried emailing you that receipt you're asking for we have proof we did. It might have not gotten to you by mistake but on our email, it shows as delivered to you. We also gave you the option of getting that receipt through messages and you said email was better. We could've taken that to your door if you had asked. If we would have tried scamming you, we wouldn't have given you a company card and we did we also fixed that problem for you on the roof you went up there and seen the problem because we showed you where it was. You also seen when we fixed it. Now look at your comment. Your comment is the only 1-star review why because we actually try to have everything right for all our customers. But we do apologize for that mistake.

The quality of the work was amazing. Showed up to work on time every time. Worked very clean, never left a mess. The respect everyone of the workerâ s showed to my mom and her home was exceptional. I would recommend this company 100 percent.

Fantastic, professional service from the first phone call to the final cleanup. I appreciated the courtesy this family-owned business provided me as their customer and extended to each other. They communicated clearly through the whole process and worked diligently to complete the project per schedule. It came in on budget with beautiful quality. We have a lot of landscaping and they were very careful not to damage anything and conducted very thorough cleanup. Highly recommend them for your project!
