I found this Engineer company when I needed to get a permit for our carport construction. I contacted Nikolas and Anthony, these people gave me an affordable price for this work, took it seriously and made a professional drawing for my project in a timely manner. When City asked for additional details or information, they politely and gladly completed what was requested with no extra charge. I would strongly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a good quality service and for trustful relationships.

Great experience with Nic and Tony for block Retaining Wall and structural addition. Very responsive with communication. Very open to detail oriented questions. Will definitely use them again for my southwest Florida projects.

Absolutely professional. Great customer service. Nicolas was excellent at getting the measurements, getting the drawings completed, and getting the results back to me in perfect timing. I highly recommend if you need an engineer, contact RES!! Nicolas even went above and beyond when the city planning and development department threw some loops into the permitting, by contacting them and getting the results they needed quickly. Best engineer service I ever had and will use!!! Thanks to nicolas' team for getting the job done!!!!

Charged me $300 for home inspection.. showed up did inspection. Never heard from them again. No report no follow up . Hurricane Ian Damage

Tony was very responsive and helped me to determine the scope of my problem on very short notice. He recommended a flood mitigation plan which is yet to be installed (waiting on contractors) but I am confident will alleviate the issues at my property. Both knowledgeable and professional - canâ t recommend enough.
