Tony was very responsive and helped me to determine the scope of my problem on very short notice. He recommended a flood mitigation plan which is yet to be installed (waiting on contractors) but I am confident will alleviate the issues at my property. Both knowledgeable and professional - canâ t recommend enough.

Tony was excellent with managing the project. I travel a lot for business and my wife was the one in charge. She has an has a moderate grasp of construction and he made everything very simple and understandable for her to feel comfortable with the design and construction process!!.

We are very satisfied with the services RES provided. I had no problem to schedule an appointment. Tony was very responsive and was able to come out to our home within a few days. We needed a professional engineering assessment of our garage floor and several cracks in our walls. Tony reviewed all these trouble spots and gave us his in-depth expert opinion how to deal with them. At no point we felt that he was there to push a solution on us just to make some extra cash. At the end of his visit we had a pretty good idea what should happen next. On our request Tony provided with us a contractor lists with lots helpful information. My wife and I were impressed how knowledgeable, helpful and professional Tony does his job. He charged us a fair amount for his services and we would definitely recommend RES to everyone.
