Richard was prompt, did good work, and installed a system that I have since confirmed has fixed not our issue (new tests have confirmed this). Additionally - the system is always on but is so quiet and installed so well (and run through parts of the house that are very low traffic) you wouldn’t even know it was there unless you were probably a professional contractor who knew to ask or look.

Richard is a person easy to work with. I chose Richard over another contractor because through the conversation about the locations to install the radon mitigation system and the system's effectiveness I found Richard seems more knowledgeable. The other contractor estimated to have a crew a whole day to finished the work. Richard had the work done by himself in about three hours. Richard also offered a better price for installing the radon mitigation system.

The individual called ahead as promised. He gave us a couple of options with respect to placement of the pipe. He was professional and worked steadily until the work was completed. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing radon mitigation service. We could have paid the bill on the day of the service. We were told that we could be billed which we agreed to. When I went to pay the invoice, it said that if the bill was not paid on the day of the service that we would not receive the $100.00 discount which had been offered to us in the beginning. I am going to pursue with the company but at this point, I do not recommend them.

Highly recommend RDV! Rick was great, came over within a day to provide an estimate. He offered multiple options and had the best price of all the estimated. Work was completed a few days later. Rick was also responsive and available to address questions. I will recommend to anyone who needs this type of work / radon remediation.
