They were courteous, fast and friendly. The work was completed on time and neatly and any messes were cleaned up. Everything looked brand new!

Loved how they did the job efficiently and professionally. They did a job that other contractors turned down. I’d hire them anytime

Screen porch at back of house was either poorly designed or incorrectly built. Brinson put me in touch with a structural engineer to determine the best way to salvage the porch without it collapsing completely. Because the appointment was a few weeks after the engineer's visit, he had a team come out and install a temporary support structure to make sure it didn't collapse before the work could be completed. Would hire again and have already set up an appointment to have work done on my front porch.

I had to fire Quick Care Home Repair. They were scheduled to come on a Monday. A couple days before, they canceled and said we'll have to come later in the month. So 4-5 weeks later they came to work on the project. I ended up being the project manager for the sub contractor, he lied to me, Quick Care lied to me (perhaps unintentionally, not sure), and after 2 weeks of not starting on the project after the 4 week delay, I asked for a refund. It was confirmed by email that they refunded me and it would take 5-10 days to hit my account. After 10 business days I hadn't received a refund. So I emailed them. Then I got a receipt for the refund and it said it'd be 5-10 days to receive it, meaning they didn't process the refund when they said they would. So 20 business days later I'm receiving the refund, which is also 2 months since the whole fiasco began. The whole process was extremely stressful and irritating and I still don't have a door. Beyond disappointed.

Response from Company:

We sincerely apologize for your negative experience with our company. When our initial contractor was delayed on his current job, we promptly arranged for another professional to assist you as soon as possible. Upon discovering the incorrect depth of the door ordered, we took full accountability for this mistake and our professional personally returned it to the store and ordered a replacement that would be compatible. When the job was canceled, we had to cancel the door order prior to issuing a refund. Had we proceeded with the work, the job would have been completed at this time. We apologize for the delay in processing your refund but confirm that a full refund was issued.

I hired this company to build a screened porch and waited multiple weeks for the job to start, which was already very inconvenient. Then, just three days before the scheduled installation (on a Friday for a Monday job), I received a text saying the price would now be between $1,100 and $1,300 more due to ?increased supply costs.? That was the first red flag. They also had to come back a second time just to take measurements?clearly unprepared and unprofessional. I would be happy to share the quotes and the text. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. Do not hire this company.

Response from Company:

Hi Kim, we apologize for your negative experience. When our estimator discovered there was a discrepancy with the quote for materials, they reached out to make sure you were ok with the changes before we proceeded so there were no surprises. When you communicated to us that you did not want to move forward, we immediately processed a full refund to you. We apologize for the changes and wish you best.

I had some wood trim (windows, etc) and a mailbox post that poor shape from weathering, needed repair/replacement and painting. Brinson came out for the estimate and we worked up the list of things to do quickly and talked about options. I neglected to show Brinson one of the windows that needed work (it hides behind a tree so Brinson missed it too) and the front door trim. Brinson also neglected to add the mailbox post to the estimate but I showed it to him and we discussed it. I sent him photos of the second window and door and he worked up a new estimate without a second visit. The work was scheduled quickly and Aaron came out to do the work. He did excellent work even though the weather didn't cooperate. It was planned for two days so he had to come back on Sunday to finish up. I will definitely keep them in mind for future work.
