Hired Quality Renovation Solutions for fixing a couple of areas with substantial dry rot. The work done was high quality, performed in a timely manner, and at a reasonable cost. The area was left clean and everything looks great. Thank You Francesco and Pietro. I will be hiring them in the near future for additional work that needs to be done at our home.

They are both very high quality professional craftsmen solving complex renovations using their successful solutions. Their finished work is outstanding. In addition to their great work ethic they make you feel like a partner from start to finish in each project. Our primary project was the repair and replacement of wood in a 38 year old large patio structure attached to our 38 year old home.This project required a change order for more wood. Also, both front and rear patios needed grouting placed around floor tiles which required a change order. A third change order was required to cover changes made to the homes interior new patio. These changes included new kitchen lighting, new faucet, drain repair and a new patio faucet. All of these change orders were made with discussion and quotes with Francesco. Thankfully, all of the work was completed with one contractor on time.

Quality Renovation Solutions did an outstanding job of the highest quality and with the utmost professionalism. Work ranged from deck building, fence building, stucco repair, brick repair, along with building and painting gates and outdoor shutters. Will definitely use them if I need anything done in the future

Francesco and Pedro did an awesome job taking out our old deck and repairing and then sealing with new 5 layer /part system . Complete with a colored textured finish. They have all the energy , smarts of what to do and tools needed to handle any problems as they removed the damaged areas. They made sure it all looked great . Would use them or recommend them anytime.

We loved working with Francesco. They worked fast, well and reliable. We ended up giving them extra work after they redid our deck. We had multiple water leaks from the roof. We will work again with them. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are awesome - I originally hired them to fix a water damaged outdoor deck floor, but I ended up hiring them to fix many other things (replacing custom window glass and repairing frames, the stucco needed repair, a pergola needed update and repair, an outdoor fireplace needed repair, decorative shutters needed replacement â ¦.) Francesco always gave written quotes and was clear on what was to be done. They completed all work on time and obviously take pride in what they do. I would definitely use these guys again - we couldnâ t be happier with the way our house looks now compared to before!
