I am so happy with the work Quality Renovation Solutions did on our deck. The quality of work is outstanding and the price was reasonable. Francesco and his team were professional and on-time. I will use them for all repairs I need done, I highly recommend them.

I was very fortunate in finding Quality Renovation Solutions after numerous contractor estimates that wanted to rebuild the whole deck that did not need rebuilding. Francesco listened to what repairs I needed. Excellent job in retexturing deck floor and painting my unique deck railing. I will definitely keep him in mind for other projects!!

I couldnâ t have found a more talented, experienced, professional, always on time contractor & crew to remodel my 1926 bathroom, install pullout drawers in my kitchen pantry, & fix some cabinet doors. He listened to my ideas, and now I have my dream bathroom with Mexican tile. Quality Renovations also installed a new door & frame to accommodate my wheelchair. I was so impressed with there craftsmanship I had them do numerous smaller jobs, like a door & door frame & floor that had leaked when we last had heavy rain. Francesco and his crew replaced old damaged and termite damaged wood and installed new railings on our elevated deck. Francesco's attention to details and quality of craftsman ship by his crew was just great. Everyone on his team were always pleasant, polite and on time. These guys we real hard workers. they cleaned up once the job was done. I was amazed how they accomplished this big job in as short of time. I highly recommend him and his great crew for any project.

All of the workers were very courteous. They did a wonderful job renovating my guest bathroom. After the bathroom, I had them re-do my entire guest house with all new kitchen, floors, drywall etc. I absolutely love the work that was completed- on time and within my budget.

Meticulous workmanship. I work as a project manager, wish all the primes and subcontractors would perform this quality of work.

I have an old 525 SQ ft deck that is in terrible shape. It needs to be replaced but for now, I only wanted enough done to make it structurally sound for a couple of years. Francesco came out and quoted me $7.5k to make the necessary repairs. The quote was higher than expected but the deck was in bad shape so I figured more of it would need to be replaced than I hoped. He said it would take his crew 3 days. His crew turned out to be himself and one other guy. Within an hour of starting work, he was telling me it is going to cost more. He came back with a quote for an additional $2k. At this point, I was worried if he would have enough time to make extensive repairs. I did not need to worry because they were painting the deck by noon on the second day. At this point, I realized that he had taken me to the cleaners. When I complained that the cost did not match the amount of work he told me the screws he uses cost $400. I took pictures of their supplies after day one suspecting I was being duped and headed to Home Depot after the job was completed. In the end, he replaced less than 20% of the deck boards and reconnected or put supports on five joists. Material costs (including screws) were less than $900. If I am being generous, he and his worker spent 43 total hours working on the deck, running to get supplies, making a trip to the dump, and commuting to and from the job site. To add insult to injury, I was outputting deck screws on the rotten boards they did not replace after they left. When they painted, they power washed the deck and then proceeded to paint the debris they loosened back to the deck in addition to some loose screws between the deck boards. The old paint they removed and did not paint to the deck they left for me in the yard. The only positive I can say is that they showed up on time every day and kept busy when here. Super expensive mistake on my part for trusting the reviews and not asking for a detailed enough quote.

Everyone we worked with was very personable and honest and I felt very comfortable through the whole process. I would highly recommend these guys.

Francesco started with a deck replacement project and while they were working on the deck project, I added three other smaller projects and they still finished ahead of schedule. My projects included two decks and deck stairs replacement, garage door house frame repair, termite damaged wood wall replacement and indoor stairs vinyl replacing carpet. I was very happy with the results. Francesco was on site every day and very helpful in managing project specifics. I will use them again on future projects.

Francesco and Pietro did a wonderful job rebuilding our pergola and painting all the wood in the front and back yards. Very organized and alway on time and friendly. A very professional operation and i look forward to working with them again!
