My experience with Quality 1 Cleaning & Restoration for mold remediation was excellent. Yoni was the first to call and when he spoke to me, I immediately trusted him. His price was very fair compared to other estimates. I felt he was very reliable and he took the time to explain everything to me. Since I am absentee, he called me everyday to let me know how everything was. My apartment is mold free and I highly recommend this company. They did such a good job that I hired them to do my renovation work to repair all the water damage.

Quality 1 did a very poor job and didn't finish their work. They showed up late, left early, took far longer than estimated. They left junk all over as well.

As a professional in the industry, I also rely on the dependability and professionalism of my clients. Unfortunately, this was a tough case, as the client made it difficult to complete the tasks requested. Not having proper access to the space at times we mutually agreed upon, payments being declined, and harassing texts and emails were not helpful in this process. Nevertheless, we still managed to get the work done at the high level of quality that we maintain as a reputable company. We are committed to constructive criticism and feedback and we're always open to improvement, but this particular case did not leave us much to work with.

i usually don't write reviews but my experience with Quality1 esp with Yoni has been exceptional that i'm really eager to let people know what they will get when they contact him. Professional, honest, knowledgable, and reliable are just a few words i can use to describe Yoni. He went out of his way to help me with mold removal in my car. Most mold removal companies deal only with household mold but Yoni was kind enough to take a look at my car and educate me about my options. He also explained how i could save money by doing a small part of the cleaning myself, which I can bet no other professional will do. Have not met a person as honest as Yoni. He puts himself in your shoes and offers solutions that will suit your needs. Bottom line: You will make your every penny worth when you work with him. Good luck with your mold removal.

There are a LOT of mold removal companies that will make you think your home is toxic in order to get your business. Yoni is a top notch professional and really knows what he's doing. He only suggests what he truly believes is needed, not what would give him more business. We will be calling them in the future for any mold needs.
