I can t say enough wonderful things about this company! From the initial consultation to the treatment and follow-up, the whole process was efficient and professional. If I ever have mold or water damage in the future I will use them again in a heartbeat. Yoni, the owner, couldn t have been a nicer guy and was incredible knowledgable.

I had mold and water damage from a pipe leak. Yoni came out and gave me an estimate-he explained well and quoted me a price the same day. His crew, especially Danny and Goel worked quickly, were obviously experienced and always left the place clean. It is now finished and I honestly can't tell there was anything wrong. Special thanks to Goel for his meticulous completion of the job. In addition to being thorough everyone was extremely nice and accomodating. I recommend them highly.

I discovered a problem in my apartment upon returning after an extended absence. I went onto the internet to become informed about mold and to search for contractors with expertise on the subject. No sooner had I entered some basic info about the problem and location, I was in receipt of recommended contractors in the area. Quality 1 Cleaning and Restoration ( Yoni ) made contact and we had an informative conversation on the causes and remediation services. I was pleasantly surprised to read the numerous positive reviews on Yoni and his company - very often missing in service contractor reviews. Yoni visited the next morning to survey the apartment and make his proposal with a timeline to accomplish the task. Yoni was very sensitive to the occupancy disruption and made arrangements for the necessary equipment to be set up that afternoon. He kept in constant communication by phone and text msg as to the arrival of workers, periods of permissible occupancy as well as being off limits during use of cleaning materials and special equipment. Yoni arranged for air sample analysis by a third party laboratory to verify that the air spore numbers at the end of the process met his professional goal - not discernible and well within the normal outdoor environment. In conclusion, I found Yoni to be an excellent contractor with a work ethic staff and would highly recommend his services to family, friends and neighbors. LK

I can t not thank quality 1 for their remarkable job. I knew I had mold situation in my vents, and I was tired of complaining to my leasing office and getting no response. I did quick search and Quality 1 came up. The way they responded quickly and compassionately, was a life savor. Their solution focused method and remarkable worth ethic, helped ease my frustration a lot. They completed the job in a switch and timely manner, which was incredible. The results were truly night and day. My entire apartment was head to toe immaculate.i was finally able to Feel at ease knowing my entire apartment was basically brand new. Better than when I moved in !! It was evident they wanted to do a great, they wanted to do a great job. Their passion for client satisfaction is something I never encountered before. I will forever be grateful for this. I recommend Quality 1 to anyone who is seeking such a service !!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Yoni and his team. I am not sure we are completely out of the woods with our home yet, but Yoni has been exceptional to work with. He has shown patience and authentic compassion for all we are going through with this mold problem. And he is quite knowledgeable about the lab testing that my doctor is requiring so that I can heal from this exposure. I recommend Quality 1 Cleaning with 5 stars and would hire him again (but hope I will not need to!)
